Who operates DueHarbour

Will Straker, trading as DueHarbour, 1 Queens Road, Harrogate, HG2 0HE, United Kingdom. Contact will.straker@icloud.com about privacy or your information.

Information we use and why

Email sign-in through Clerk supplies a verified email address and account identifier. Existing customers can also use their original ChatGPT login and explicitly connect it to email sign-in after both accounts are verified. We use these identifiers to protect your workspace and preserve its records and subscription. We store the business profile, client contact details, invoices, payment records, collection notes and reminder messages you choose to enter.

Stripe handles subscription checkout and billing. DueHarbour stores customer and subscription identifiers and status, not your full payment-card number. Technical service information may include request times, IP addresses and error information used to deliver and protect the service.

Responsibilities and lawful bases

Will Straker is responsible for account administration, subscription and support information. We use account information to provide the service you request, billing records to meet applicable legal obligations, and proportionate security and support information for our legitimate interests in running a reliable service.

When a business uploads information about its clients, that business decides why it is collected and used. DueHarbour processes those workspace records to provide the requested invoice service. You must have a lawful basis to use client information and give clients appropriate privacy information. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, passwords or full card details.

Service providers and email delivery

These providers may process information outside the UK under their own service arrangements. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your account. We do not claim that all processing takes place in the UK.

How long information is kept

Workspace records are retained to provide your account and read-only access after a subscription ends. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your records. You can export your data and ask support to delete or correct it. In deciding what must be retained, we consider your request, whether the account remains in use, outstanding billing matters, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping obligations. We may need to retain relevant billing or dispute records after other account data is deleted. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact will.straker@icloud.com; we may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

If your details appear on an invoice uploaded by another business, contact that business about its invoice and collection decisions. We can help route a privacy request. Use Settings to export your own workspace records.

Cookies and changes

Read our cookies and browser storage policy. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. We update this notice when the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
