Terms and conditions

Updated 16 September 2026

The service and operator

Will Straker, trading as DueHarbour, 1 Queens Road, Harrogate, HG2 0HE, United Kingdom. Support: will.straker@icloud.com. DueHarbour is intended for freelancers and businesses managing their own client invoices. Sign in using your verified email address; a ChatGPT account is not required for email sign-in. Original ChatGPT-linked accounts remain accessible and can be connected after both logins are verified. Use the same account to return to your workspace.

What your subscription includes

Client and invoice records, CSV and Excel invoice imports, manual payment recording, reviewed email reminders with delivery tracking, collection notes, payment promises, dispute holds, ageing reports, client statements and data exports.

Scheduled email sending and bank/accounting synchronisation are not included. DueHarbour does not check your bank or automatically discover client payments. A delivered email is not proof that it was read. The service does not guarantee invoice recovery and is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

Price, payment and cancellation

The subscription costs GBP 12 per month including applicable tax and renews monthly until cancelled. Signing in does not charge you. Review the price and merchant information on Stripe's checkout before confirming payment. Payment processing may be subject to the terms shown there.

An active, confirmed subscription is required to edit workspace records. Cancel future renewals in Settings, then Manage billing. Access continues until your paid period ends; afterwards existing records and exports remain accessible in read-only mode. See our cancellation and refund policy.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login secure, check recipients and invoice balances before sending, and promptly record payments received. Only upload information you are authorised to process. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and the messages you approve.

Send only legitimate reminders relating to your own invoices. Do not use DueHarbour for unsolicited marketing, harassment, misleading claims, unlawful debt collection or bulk spam. Do not upload passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Sending safeguards

Direct sending is limited to 100 email attempts per workspace in a rolling 24 hours and one email per recipient in a rolling 24 hours. Delivery failures, uncertain results, bounces and complaints can block further sending. Contact support instead of repeatedly retrying an uncertain message. Pausing or voiding an invoice cannot recall an email already being processed.

Data, availability and support

You retain rights in the content you upload and allow it to be processed to provide the requested service. Read our privacy policy. Keep your own copies of important records using the export tools. Third-party outages can interrupt authentication, billing or email delivery; no uninterrupted-availability guarantee is made.

Report account problems, accessibility barriers or suspected misuse to will.straker@icloud.com. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
